'Stable’ is a coming of age story about the emotional tug of war experienced by a young man, Conor, from an economically deprived part of post-industrial North East England.Trying to better himself and fulfil his potential as a horse racing jockey after being given the opportunity of a lifetime, he’s pulled back by the moral dilemma of the responsibility he owes to his family, having become the surrogate father to his six siblings. As much as he tries to do right, it could all be at the expense of his own future, dreams and ambitions.
